Ans: THIS DEED OF PARTNERSHIP made at Delhi on this 17th day of September  2023. 

BETWEEN:

1. Darpan Sharma , an Indian inhabitant, son/daughter of Shri Harshit Sharma, residing at Chanakyapuri , Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the "First Partner" which expression shall unless it is repugnant to the context, mean and include his legal heirs, successors, administrators and assigns or anyone claiming through or under him); and

2. Mohit Trivedi, an Indian inhabitant, son/daughter of Shri  Mukesh Trivedi, residing at Hauz Khas, Delhi " which expression shall unless it is repugnant to the context, mean and include his legal heirs, successors, administrators and assigns or anyone claiming through or under him);

Who are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Partners" and individually as "Partner".

WHEREAS

A. The Partners have decided to enter into a partnership for carrying on the business mentioned in Clause 4 of this Partnership Deed.

B. The Partners agree that this Partnership Deed shall be deemed to have come into force on 17th September,  2023.

C. The Partners have decided to reduce the terms and conditions of their partnership into writing as per the terms and conditions appearing hereinafter.

NOW, THIS PARTNERSHIP DEED HEREBY WITNESSETH AND THE PARTNERS HERETO HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
